The whole trip in one note

Itinerary, packing checklist, and offline access — no account on shared devices.

Travel is where note apps earn their keep or betray you: no signal in the terminal, roaming off, a shared hotel computer you would never log into. A local-first trip note is built for exactly that — everything you need, on the device, with no account involved.

Itinerary plus packing, together

The template pairs the plan with its checklist: dates, transport, and accommodation up top; places to see in the middle; a packing checklist at the bottom. Keeping them in one note means the checklist is checked against the actual plan — beach days need different packing than conference days, and the note shows both at once.

Built for offline

Open the note once while online and it works in airplane mode, in dead zones, and abroad with data off — writing and checklists need no connection, because there is no server to reach. For the truly paranoid (correctly so), export the itinerary as .html or print it to PDF before departure: paper needs no battery. Offline notepad explains the mechanics and limits.

No account on shared devices

On a borrowed or shared computer, there is nothing to log into and nothing left behind in an account — but the browser profile still holds the note afterward, so prefer your own device and export rather than type sensitive details (passport numbers, card data) anywhere you don't control. The note is private to the browser, not encrypted against its owner.
